How do I book an experience?

Open an experience page, choose Book This Experience, then select an available date and time in the booking form.

How far in advance should I book?

Most experiences require at least 24 hours advance booking. The naming ceremony requires 48 hours.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. Each experience shows its group capacity, and larger groups can contact the village for planning support.

Can I change my booking?

Booking changes depend on availability. Contact the team as early as possible with your booking details.

Do I need prior weaving or drumming experience?

No. The sessions are designed for beginners and guided step by step.

Are experiences suitable for children?

Many experiences are family friendly. Capacity, pace, and safety vary by activity.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and light participation.

Can I take photos?

Photos are welcome in most parts of the visit. Your host will explain any moments where photography should pause.

Where is Odomankoma Cultural Village?

The village is in Ghana. Use the contact page for current directions and arrival guidance.

What days are you open?

Bookings are available Tuesday through Sunday during daytime operating hours.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included by default, but group transport questions can be handled through the contact page.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available more than 48 hours before the booking. Partial and late cancellation terms may apply closer to the visit.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment options are shown during checkout in the booking form.

What happens if a time slot becomes unavailable?

The booking form refreshes availability and asks you to choose another available time.
